Contact
Email [email protected]. Tell us what happened, which iOS version you have and your iPhone model. Don’t send passwords or sensitive information.
Requirements
Luma runs on iPhone with iOS 18 or later. It isn’t available for Android or iPad.
A routine isn’t blocking
Luma blocks through Apple Screen Time, so it needs that permission turned on. If a routine isn’t blocking:
- Open Luma and check that the routine is on and its schedule is right.
- Check that Luma still has Screen Time access.
- Turn the routine off and on again.
If it still doesn’t work, email us with the steps you took.
Pro subscription
Apple handles billing. To cancel or change your plan, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Luma can’t cancel or refund charges made by Apple; you can request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
