Account deletion
How to delete your Luma account and data.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
You can initiate account deletion from Profile → Privacy → Delete account inside Luma when you are signed in.
What will be deleted
The flow deletes your Luma account and associated remote data that we are not required to keep for law, security, fraud prevention, or compliance. It also clears Luma data on that iPhone, including routines, history, local progress, local inventory, sync state, and Screen Time/App Group operational configuration managed by Luma.
If you only want to delete data from this device, use the local data deletion action inside Luma. Uninstalling Luma removes local storage, but it does not replace a remote deletion request when a synchronized account exists.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance. Closed feedback reports are deleted according to the Privacy Policy.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription processed by Apple, does not reset trial eligibility, and does not change App Store billing. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings.
After deletion
After account deletion, you can keep using Luma without an account within the available free features. If you sign in again with the same Apple ID, deleted Luma data should not be restored, although an active subscription may be recovered through Apple/RevenueCat.
